Key Responsibilities- Client Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients through targeted calls and communications, both warm and cold.
- Sales Support: Coordinate meetings and seminars for the external sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Market Research: Identify and evaluate new opportunities using various tools, including industry networks and professional events.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions within our CRM system.
- Reporting: Provide detailed monthly reports on business development activities to inform sales strategies and initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work with Area Managers to ensure geographic and sector-specific targets are met.
- Education: A-Level or equivalent, or an NVQ with a focus on sales (preferred).
- Sales Experience: Proven experience in a sales or business development role, with a strong emphasis on relationship management.
- Cold Calling: Essential experience in generating leads through cold calls.
- CRM Proficiency: Knowledge of CRM systems and the ability to manage and report data accurately.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Problem Solving: A practical, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
