KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF A BUSINESS INSIGHTS ANALYST

New Business Development.

Evaluate capacity, demand, and anticipated future trends to formulate a recruitment strategy. Analyze the relative profitability of inquiries, considering conversion likelihood and case value to implement an effective strategy for inquiry response and conversion objectives. Provide assessments and analyses of inquiry profitability to inform marketing and business development strategies. Collaborate with the Finance Manager to create business cases and influence product decisions.

Performance Oversight

Develop and implement models to assess expected versus actual performance against ongoing case management KPIs for activities and revenues. Establish a systematic process for regular internal feedback, intervention, and action planning with the Clinical Operations teams to ensure comprehensive management of ongoing cases, delivering optimal rehabilitation outcomes and meeting billing activity targets. Create and implement a process for engaging the clinical operations team and associates in performance evaluations alongside clinical assessments. Establish a feedback mechanism to relay business performance insights into the inquiry response processes. Assess, analyze, and devise action plans to enhance margins in alignment with growth objectives.

Product Innovation.

Conduct research and analysis to propose enhancements to the case management service. Research and analyze to recommend commercial advancements for related services and products. Lead the internal project execution of new product and service innovations.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Strong numerical skills with experience in developing performance assessment models. Proficient analytical skills, capable of evaluating, synthesizing, and presenting information to support informed decision-making. Results-oriented with a commitment to delivery. Experience in project management and execution. Exceptional communication and influencing abilities.
