About the Role

Bush and Company Rehabilitation is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Analyst to join our team. As a Commercial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improving our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to understand the catastrophic injury sector and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver models to assess performance and ensure delivery against business objectives.
  • Provide data-based intelligence to increase customer loyalty, product and service enhancements, and reduce the cost of service.
  • Assist in the development of marketing and business plans by providing assessment and analysis of sales enquiries profitability.
  • Lead internal project delivery of new product and service developments.
Requirements
  • Significant experience providing comprehensive market research and translating this into strategic business objectives.
  • Highly numerate and familiar with developing models to assess performance.
  • Business-focused analytical skills - able to assess, assimilate, and present information to support decision making.
  • Delivery-focused with a curiosity to explore new opportunities.
  • Project management and delivery experience.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
