Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director, Biostatistics and Health Economics to lead our team in developing and implementing innovative biostatistical and health economic solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biostatistics and health economics, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and developing strategic plans to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Biostatistical Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction to our biostatistical team, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Health Economics Expertise: Develop and implement health economic models and analyses to support business development and client engagement.
  • Team Management: Manage and develop a team of biostatisticians and health economists, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and developing solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing strategic plans to drive growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant field, such as biostatistics, health economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8-10 years of experience in biostatistics and health economics, with a strong background in leading cross-functional teams and developing strategic plans.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of biostatisticians and health economists.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and develop business strategies to drive growth and revenue.
