About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Director, Data Management to join our team at EVERSANA. This is a key leadership position that will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our biostatistics and health economics team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Lead a wide range of projects with a focus on biostatistics related to health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) and/or HTA, including design, strategy, execution, and communication.
  • People Management: Delegate activities to, and supervise, junior staff and contractors, empowering project team members to take positive action and accountability, identifying and resolving issues/conflicts within project teams, administering performance improvement plans, and developing and monitoring performance metrics.
  • Business Development: Contribute to operational and business development initiatives, such as staffing projects, administering employee evaluations, performing hiring and capabilities presentations, and company strategy.
  • Quality Control: Oversee and implement quality control activities, identifying the need for and development of best practices and tools for project execution, project and employee management, and training.
Requirements
  • Education: MSc or PhD university degree in a medical- or mathematics-related field such as biology, epidemiology, pharmacology, health economics, or statistics.
  • Experience: 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience in health research, biostatistics, health economics, or a related field, with a proven ability to problem solve and implement practical and creative solutions to difficult problems.
  • Skills: Excellent understanding and practical use of coding language, particularly R code, technical competence with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, ability to lead project teams and client meetings, and ability to effectively interact and communicate with peers, senior management, and clients.
