Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership
    • Develop and implement project strategies to meet client needs and deliver high-quality results
    • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution

  • Biostatistics and Health Economics Expertise
    • Develop and apply advanced biostatistical and health economic methods to analyze complex data
    • Design and implement studies to evaluate the effectiveness of healthcare interventions
    • Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Team Management
    • Lead and manage a team of biostatisticians and health economists
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
    • Mentor junior team members to ensure their growth and development
  • Business Development
    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients

Requirements

  • Education
    • MSc or PhD in a relevant field, such as biostatistics, health economics, or a related field
  • Experience
    • 8-10 years of experience in biostatistics and health economics, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results
  • Skills
    • Advanced knowledge of biostatistical and health economic methods
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to lead and manage teams
    • Ability to develop and implement business strategies
