Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director, HEOR Biostatistics to lead our team of biostatisticians and health economists in the development and implementation of statistical methods and models to support our clients' needs. The successful candidate will have a strong background in biostatistics, health economics, and outcomes research, with expertise in statistical modeling, data analysis, and interpretation. They will be responsible for leading projects, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of biostatisticians and health economists in the development and implementation of statistical methods and models to support our clients' needs.
  • Develop and implement statistical models and methods to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and meet project deadlines.
  • Mentor junior staff and provide guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in biostatistics, health economics, and outcomes research, and apply this knowledge to improve our services and deliver high-quality results.
Requirements:
  • Master's or Ph.D. in biostatistics, health economics, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in biostatistics, health economics, or a related field, with a strong background in statistical modeling, data analysis, and interpretation.
  • Expertise in statistical modeling, data analysis, and interpretation, with a strong understanding of biostatistical methods and models.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior staff, with a strong commitment to their success.
