About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director to lead our HEOR Biostatistics team at EVERSANA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of biostatistics strategies to support our clients in the life sciences industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of biostatisticians in the design, execution, and communication of HEOR projects, including indirect comparisons, propensity score matching, RWE, and clinical trial individual patient data analyses.
  • Develop and implement biostatistics strategies to support business development initiatives, including proposal development and client meetings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project opportunities and develop project plans.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and contribute to the development of best practices and tools for project execution and management.
  • Stay up-to-date with current trends and developments in health economics, statistics, data analytics, and evidence synthesis, and communicate these to the team and clients.
Requirements
  • MSc or PhD in a medical- or mathematics-related field, such as biology, epidemiology, pharmacology, health economics, or statistics.
  • 8-10 years of experience in health research, biostatistics, health economics, or a related field, with a strong understanding of HEOR statistics methods.
  • Proven track record of problem-solving and implementing practical solutions to complex problems.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to lead project teams and client meetings.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing projects.
