Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director to lead our Biostatistics and Health Economics Research team at EVERSANA Company. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our biostatistics and health economics research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Biostatistics and Health Economics Research Projects
    • Develop and implement biostatistical and health economics research methodologies to support our clients' needs.
    • Lead a team of biostatisticians and health economists to design, execute, and analyze complex research studies.
  • Develop and Maintain Expertise
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest biostatistical and health economics research methods and technologies.
    • Develop and maintain expertise in areas such as indirect comparisons, propensity score matching, RWE, and clinical trial individual patient data analyses.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
    • Work closely with our business development team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals.
    • Collaborate with our operations team to ensure the efficient execution of research projects.
  • Manage and Develop Team Members
    • Lead, manage, and develop a team of biostatisticians and health economists.
    • Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to team members to help them achieve their career goals.
Requirements
  • Education
    • MSc or PhD in a medical- or mathematics-related field such as biology, epidemiology, pharmacology, health economics, or statistics.
  • Experience
    • 8-10 years of relevant work experience in health research, biostatistics, health economics, or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Strong understanding of biostatistical and health economics research methods and technologies.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
