About the Role

You will be a key member of the Pay and People Operations Team, supporting the Senior Analyst in delivering exceptional client experience for RSM's Pay and People services. This newly created role will focus on ensuring the seamless execution of premium product strategies, leveraging technology to automate and digitally transform the offering.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of pay gap reports and pay and people administration, including People Manager administration, P11D services, and pension administration.
  • Review and enhance current processes, collaborating with the Team Leader and wider Pay and People team to drive efficiency and automation.
  • Improve the People Manager experience for users, contributing to the goal of providing a premium service for RSM clients.
  • Upgrade the Gender Pay Gap reporting experience for clients, incorporating technological enhancements to deliver a premium service.
  • Provide operational support to Payroll and HR Consultancy teams, including data entry, updating electronic files, and assisting with implementations and training.
  • Support HR Consultants with HR administration, including drafting gender pay gap calculations using Payrite, Inpay, and RSM's manual calculator solutions.
  • Respond to clients efficiently within agreed timescales, identifying opportunities to improve the offering to HR and Payroll clients.
About the Ideal Candidate

The ideal applicant will possess strong administration and/or operations experience, preferably within a payroll and/or HR team, with a demonstrated passion for process review and improvement. They will have strong numerical abilities, coupled with proven knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel. Experience with the P11D process and other cyclical HR and payroll tasks is advantageous.

  • Resilience and ability to work independently, with flexibility and adaptability.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good organisation and prioritisation skills, ensuring project timelines and deadlines are met.
  • Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
