About the Role

As a member of the Pay and People Operations Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional client experiences for RSM's clients. You will work closely with the Senior Analyst to implement our premium product strategy consistently.

In this newly created role, your key responsibilities will include:

  • People Manager Administration: Utilize RSM's proprietary People Software to manage client data and provide guidance. This involves linking People Manager with the Pay Manager system for seamless payroll processing.
  • Broad Range of Pay and People Administration: Handle tasks such as P11D submissions, pension administration, and HR documentation for HR Consultants. Utilize People Manager to efficiently process multiple salary review letters simultaneously.
  • Pay Gap Reporting: Prepare both gender and ethnicity pay gap reports for RSM clients in accordance with current legislation. You will receive comprehensive training in this area.

This opportunity allows you to contribute to the success of People Advisory Services by enhancing our combined capabilities as a Pay and People provider to the middle market. You will actively participate in process improvements, suggesting and implementing innovative solutions that elevate the client experience through technology-driven automation and digital transformation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of pay gap reports and comprehensive pay and people administration services, including People Manager administration, P11D processing, and pension administration.
  • Review existing processes and identify opportunities for enhancement, collaborating with the Team Leader and other Pay and People team members as needed.
  • Enhance the People Manager experience for users and contribute to providing a premium service for RSM clients.
  • Improve the Gender Pay Gap reporting experience for clients by incorporating technological advancements wherever possible.
  • Provide operational support to Payroll and HR Consultancy teams.
  • Assist with all HR administration related to People Manager, including data entry and updating electronic files.
  • Support implementations and training for new and existing People Manager clients.
  • Assist HR Consultants with various HR administration tasks related to HR and Payroll clients.
  • Prepare gender pay gap reports for RSM clients in accordance with current legislation.
