Job Description
We're seeking a talented individual to manage customer contacts through various channels, including web chat, social media, email, and telephony. You'll work independently and as part of a team, liaising with other parties to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer care through all available channels.
- Work with the highest standard of verbal and written communication, utilizing an agile approach to meet customer needs.
- Log, record, and resolve customer contacts and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Take ownership of customer contacts and complaints, liaising with various departments to reach best resolutions.
- Act on customer feedback to recover potentially lost customers and resolve concerns.
Requirements
We're looking for someone with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. You should be passionate about providing exceptional customer service, have excellent PC literacy, and be able to work well under pressure.
