Our Clients Team

The Clients Team at Frontier leads our first-class marketing, communications, and business development activities. These efforts support profitable growth, cultivate strong client relationships, and ensure the consistent evolution of our brand. We are actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Clients Team as a Marketing and Business Development Coordinator (MDBC).

Reporting to the Marketing and Business Development Advisor (MBDA), the MDBC plays a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of marketing and business development plans for our practice groups and cross-practice campaigns.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing comprehensive marketing plans by conducting thorough research and providing insightful data analysis, leveraging information from past marketing campaigns and financial records.
  • Draft or edit compelling news items for our website and social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the communications team's guidelines.
  • Collaborate effectively with copywriters, providing clear briefs and managing deadlines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
  • Work alongside the communications team to create engaging social media posts that adhere to our brand's visual identity.
  • Organize and execute events, seminars, and webinars for our practice groups, liaising with speakers and ensuring seamless delivery within budget constraints.
  • Support research and coordination efforts for economists' participation in conferences, including securing speaking slots.
  • Assist with submissions for industry directories and awards programs.
  • Develop interactive documents to support practice-specific business development initiatives.
  • Utilize our CRM system proficiently to generate mailing lists, produce reports, and monitor campaign performance.
  • Coordinate content scheduling with the communications team, ensuring clear communication and adherence to deadlines.
