Working Hours: This position is hourly paid and fixed-term. While we strive to provide a consistent schedule, flexibility is essential as adjustments may be necessary to meet business needs. Weekend and Bank Holiday shifts are included, but there are no evening or split shifts.
Compensation: £11.50 per hour.
Contract Duration: Fixed Term Contract.

Your Responsibilities

As a Team Member, your primary focus will be engaging with guests in a front-of-house capacity. You will warmly welcome and attend to all visitors at the café. With a passion for customer service, a positive attitude, and a commitment to excellence, you will ensure that every guest enjoys their time with us. This dynamic environment requires strong teamwork and adaptability.
Understanding guest needs, providing assistance, and making recommendations will be key aspects of your role. You will maintain high standards in food and beverage preparation and presentation, ensuring displays and signage are accurate and appealing. Occasionally, you may assist the kitchen team with food preparation.
We will provide comprehensive training tailored to your role, including food safety and allergen awareness, along with ongoing support to help you succeed. Opportunities for further professional development are available if desired.

No prior experience is necessary, but we welcome applicants who are:
