Hours: This position is hourly paid and fixed-term. While we strive to maintain a consistent schedule, flexibility is required as adjustments may be necessary to meet business needs. Weekend and Bank Holiday work will be part of your role, but there are no evening or split shifts.
Salary: £11.50 per hour.
Contract Duration: Fixed Term Contract.

Your Responsibilities

As a Team Member, your primary focus will be on front-of-house operations, engaging directly with guests. You will warmly welcome and assist all visitors to the café. With a passion for customer service, a positive attitude, and a commitment to excellence, you will ensure that every guest has an enjoyable experience. This is a dynamic environment where teamwork and adaptability are essential.
Understanding customer needs, providing assistance, and making recommendations will be key aspects of your role. You will maintain high standards in food and drink preparation and presentation, ensuring that displays and signage are accurate and appealing. Occasionally, you may assist the kitchen team with food preparation.
We will provide you with a comprehensive induction tailored to your role, along with training in food safety and allergens, and ongoing support to help you succeed. Opportunities for further professional development will also be available.

No prior experience is necessary, but we welcome applications from individuals who are:
