While we strive to provide a consistent work schedule, flexibility is essential as adjustments may be necessary to meet business needs. Weekend and Bank Holiday work will be required, but evening and split shifts are not part of this role. Salary: £11.50 per hour. Contract Duration: Fixed Term Contract.

Your Responsibilities
As a Team Member, your primary focus will be on front-of-house operations, directly engaging with our guests. You will warmly welcome and attend to everyone visiting the café. With a passion for customer service, a positive attitude, and a commitment to excellence, you will ensure that every visitor enjoys their time with us. This dynamic environment requires strong teamwork and adaptability.
Key responsibilities include:
• Understanding customer needs and providing tailored recommendations.
• Maintaining high standards in food and beverage preparation and presentation.
• Ensuring all displays and signage are accurate and visually appealing.
• Assisting the kitchen team with food preparation as needed.
We will provide comprehensive training, including food safety and allergen awareness, along with ongoing professional development opportunities.
Candidate Profile
No prior experience is necessary, but we are eager to hear from individuals who are:
• Team-oriented or capable of working independently.
