  • Maintain a deep knowledge of the menu, including specials and wine pairings
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet high standards
  • Adhere to timing standards for products and services
  • Look for ways to improve service efficiency and reduce waste
  • Present menu, answer questions, and make menu recommendations to guests
  • Serve customers in a friendly and accommodating manner
  • Full product knowledge and ability to apply positive suggestive sales approach
  • Maintain table cleanliness, bus tables, and remove dirty plates
  • Assist in keeping the restaurant clean and safe
  • Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages
  • Deliver food and beverages to tables as needed
  • Process payments and manage cash register
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to deliver accurate food orders
Requirements and Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Head Waiter or similar role in a high-end restaurant
  • Extensive knowledge of food and beverage
  • Strong organization and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in developing constructive working relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Great team player with good time-management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
