Job Title: In-Room Dining Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled In-Room Dining Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our in-suite dining service. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and smooth service delivery, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the in-suite dining team, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high levels of staff performance and guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of in-suite dining orders, ensuring that all food and beverages are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update in-suite dining menus, incorporating guest preferences and seasonal offerings.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock and efficient use of resources while minimizing waste.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in luxury hotel or restaurant operations.
  • Skills: Proven leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with in-suite dining operations, menu planning, and inventory management.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
