The May Fair Hotel, A Radisson Collection Hotel, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated In Room Dining Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our In Room Dining operation, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our service and team.

About the Role:

  • Direct and motivate the In Room Dining team to achieve exceptional customer and staff satisfaction.
  • Ensure service standards are consistently met, driving a motivated and cohesive team environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

About You:

  • Proven experience in food and beverage and In-room dining within a high-end 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
  • Outstanding leadership, coaching, and change management skills with a strategic approach.
  • Ability to manage and achieve budgetary goals through data analysis and forecasting.
  • Personal ownership of tasks, ensuring completion to achieve required results.
  • Proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets.
