**Job Summary**

Source4 Personnel Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pre-Risk Administrator to join their team on a 3-month contract. As a key member of the Risk Department, you will provide administrative support to enable the team to minimize response times and maximize productivity in support of the wider business.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver an excellent service to internal customers by following a pre-determined checklist on all transactions prior to a Risk Manager beginning their underwriting process.
  • Complete naming searches within the company Risk System to determine and ensure exposure levels are being accurately reported.
  • Conduct searches within the company's worldwide database to determine where the relationship with the customer group on a particular transaction lies.
  • Cross-reference customers and their Ultimate Beneficial Owners against the database of higher risk companies and individuals.
  • Review suppliers on customer transactions to ensure they are genuine, bona fide dealerships/suppliers of the equipment the company is asked to fund.
  • Adhere to the Risk team's SLA and deliver considered, professional responses to requests from internal departments.
  • Provide clear rationale to recommendations when discussing Customer Due Diligence issues with Compliance.
  • Support ad-hoc administrative tasks for the Risk team and ensure accurate data is held and maintained on the company's core underwriting and customer management system.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in using company systems and software.
