Position: Application Support Engineer

Location: Staines-Upon-Thames - Hybrid - 2/3 days per week onsite

Compensation: £35,000

We are seeking an Application Support Engineer for a permanent role. This opportunity is with a company recognized for its exceptional workplace culture.

The successful candidate will be required to work onsite at the Staines-Upon-Thames offices 2 to 3 days each week. The role offers a competitive salary of up to £35,000.

The primary responsibility of this position is to deliver support to clients, ensuring that applications function optimally and meet service level agreements (SLAs).

As a client-facing professional, you will troubleshoot, resolve, and assist with technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

  • Respond to support inquiries from end-users
  • Experience with SQL and web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS)
  • Collaborate effectively with various cross-functional teams
  • Exhibit excellent customer-focused communication and provide expert guidance
  • Advise clients on maximizing the use of software applications
  • Proficient in incident management systems and adhering to service level agreements
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of software applications
