Salary £45,000 to £60,000 DOE plus vehicle and incentives
Stirling Warrington is a leading manufacturer specializing in innovative sustainable construction solutions. Our products significantly enhance the durability of roofing and rainwater management systems.
We are seeking to appoint a new Technical Sales Executive to build upon an already robust sales pipeline and drive further growth.
This position is bolstered by a dedicated internal and external support team, equipped with numerous incoming inquiries and advanced project management tools to facilitate new business initiatives.
Responsibilities of the Technical Sales Executive:
- Engage with smaller architectural firms and independent designers
- Target clientele includes high-end residential projects, social housing, educational institutions, and colleges
- Receive comprehensive support from internal sales and estimating teams
- Conduct Continuing Professional Development (CPD) sessions
- Develop new business opportunities with fresh projects and architects
- Maintain oversight of the project pipeline throughout all phases
To qualify for the Technical Sales Executive role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Proven experience in specification sales related to heavy-side or external building envelope products
- Demonstrated ability in new business development and familiarity with project management software
- Reside within a reasonable commuting distance, with willingness to travel nationwide
- Possess a proactive and positive mindset
