Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized solutions to meet their requirements.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences, from initial contact to delivery of their new or used vehicle.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty through exceptional service and follow-up.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, product knowledge, and competitor activity to provide expert advice to customers.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service, with a focus on exceeding expectations.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and find solutions to customer queries.
- A valid UK driving license, with a clean driving record.
