Technical Sales Executive

Salary £45,000 to £60,000 DOE plus vehicle and performance bonuses


Stirling Warrington is a leading manufacturer specializing in innovative sustainable construction solutions. Our products enhance the durability of roofing and rainwater management systems, extending their lifespan significantly.
We are seeking a dedicated Technical Sales Executive to enhance our existing sales pipeline and drive growth in our market segment.
This position is bolstered by a robust internal and external support team, equipped with project management tools to facilitate new business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities of the Technical Sales Executive:

  • Engage with smaller architectural firms and independent practitioners
  • Target clientele includes upscale residential projects, social housing, educational institutions, and colleges
  • Receive comprehensive support from our internal sales and estimating teams
  • Conduct Continuing Professional Development (CPD) sessions
  • Develop new business opportunities with emerging projects and architects
  • Manage the project pipeline through all phases


To qualify for the Technical Sales Executive role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Proven experience in specification sales of heavy-side or external building envelope products
  • Demonstrated success in new business development and familiarity with project-tracking systems
  • Reside within a reasonable commuting distance but willing to travel nationally
  • Possess a proactive and positive mindset
