We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially astute Field Sales Professional to join our dynamic team at Hiring People. As a Field Sales Professional, you will be responsible for servicing existing retail customers and generating new business in potential markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve demanding but realistic sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent interpersonal skills
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and adapt strategically to the evolving market landscape
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion
Requirements:
- Self-motivated and commercially astute individual with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous field sales experience at retail level is advantageous, but applicants from other business disciplines will be considered
What We Offer:
- Uncapped earning potential with a competitive OTE of £45,000
- Basic salary of £24,150
- Monthly sales commission and annual bonus
