About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at DX Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue across your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Work closely with the General Manager and Regional Sales Manager to develop and execute sales plans that maximize revenue growth and market share.
  2. Achieve and exceed sales targets by building strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating contracts.
  3. Develop and manage customer relationships to maximize sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  4. Collaborate with the DX Bid Management Team to deliver effective tender responses to customer opportunities.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  6. Provide regular sales forecasts and participate in sales meetings to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  7. Utilize sales tools and technology to maintain and develop sales pipeline and customer information.
Requirements
