Salary: Competitive full-time salary starting at £29,078.00 per annum, based on experience and coaching qualifications.
We provide comprehensive training and opportunities for career advancement, including on-the-job training in essential areas such as safeguarding, DBS checks, and first aid.
About Us: Our gymnastics centre features a state-of-the-art multi-activity facility equipped with a wide range of gymnastics apparatus, designed to accommodate individuals of all ages and skill levels.
Programs Offered:
- Recreational gymnastics classes
- Preschool gymnastics
- Special Educational Needs (SEN) sessions
- Holiday programs
- Parent and Toddler classes
- Baby Explore and Go sessions
- Birthday party events
- Adult gymnastics classes
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee various gymnastics classes tailored to different age groups and skill levels.
- Develop and expand the class schedule, introducing innovative programs.
- Ensure all activities comply with British Gymnastics standards and policies.
- Manage and mentor our coaching staff to enhance our service offerings.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children's progress.
- Guarantee that the gymnastics hall is staffed with qualified coaches at all times.
- Uphold welfare and safeguarding protocols in alignment with British Gymnastics guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
- Must hold a British Gymnastics Level 2 coaching qualification or higher.
- Exceptional communication abilities.
- Strong time management skills.
- A quick learner with excellent organizational capabilities and a positive role model.
- Previous management experience is preferred.
