Business Support Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Administrator to provide administrative support to our Service team in Keighley.

This role is responsible for delivering general administrative support to our Lifts, Escalators and Doors business, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and create jobs in SAP, ensuring accurate communication with engineers and stakeholders.
  • Process insurance claims and create jobs for Immediate Defects.
  • Manage and maintain documents, including copies and updates.
  • Verify Not-On-Contract (NOC) cases and ensure correct customer charges.
  • Process requisitions against cost centers, tools, equipment, and uniforms.
  • Request and manage customer reports.
  • Update and manage Customer Portals.
  • Provide general administrative support to internal teams, including ASM's, Engineers, and Sales teams.
  • Book Doors orders and perform ad hoc administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service, office, or administrative experience is essential.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent telephone manner and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage and resolve queries.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills.
  • Experience with SAP and Salesforce (training will be provided).
