Swift Placements is seeking a skilled Maintenance Support Specialist to join their team in Keighley. As an Assistant Maintenance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Maintenance Manager in overseeing the maintenance activities of the business operations. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that all machinery, equipment, and systems are maintained to meet production, quality, and safety standards. You will also be responsible for managing the maintenance team, coordinating repair schedules, and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. This position is based on a 5-day week, with a salary of £50,000 per annum dependent on experience. The role involves working 48 hours per week, with Saturdays based on a rota system. You will be required to cover two sites, Keighley and Grassington. A company pension scheme is also in place. Key Responsibilities: Maintenance Management: Assist in planning, scheduling, and overseeing all maintenance activities, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks. Coordinate and supervise the repair and maintenance of all production machinery, equipment, and infrastructure within the facility.
