**Job Summary**
HAWKMONT CONSULTING LIMITED T/A INTRINSIC RESOURCING is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their team. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in overseeing HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to attract and select top talent.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new employees have a smooth transition into the company.
- Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns.
- Coordinate new starter inductions, ensuring that all necessary information is provided to new employees.
- Manage the 1-month and 3-month probation reviews, scheduling, attending, taking notes, and following up with confirmation letters.
- Manage absences, including sicknesses and holidays, ensuring that all necessary procedures are followed.
- Manage termination processes, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to ensure a smooth transition.
- Develop and implement a culture pack, creating a positive working environment that aligns with the company's values.
- Stay up-to-date with legislation, implementing and communicating changes as necessary to ensure the company remains legally compliant.
- Review and update the Staff Handbook as necessary, ensuring that it remains relevant and effective.
- Manage the office supplies, ensuring that the office is fully stocked and equipped.
- Liaise with the landlord to ensure that any necessary repairs are made in a timely manner.
- Manage the cleaning schedule, ensuring that the office is clean and tidy at all times.
- Order stationery and office supplies as needed.
- Assist with event management, including staff events and other company functions.
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
