Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our dynamic and nurturing environment. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless and first-class experience for new starters, managing employee records, and supporting the rollout of our performance management system.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the onboarding process for new starters, ensuring a positive and professional experience from start to finish.
- Take ownership of our Inspire HRIS system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records, and proactively supporting system optimisation.
- Play a central role in the rollout of our new performance management system, coordinating performance appraisals, and ensuring effective integration into business-as-usual operations.
- Prepare and review monthly payroll modifications, ensuring accurate capture of employee data, including salary adjustments, allowances, and deductions.
- Manage and oversee employee benefits administration, ensuring current and effective communication of benefits offerings to employees.
- Support in coordinating employee training and development programmes, ensuring all employees are scheduled in InformedACADEMY for the appropriate training courses.
- Oversee the employee offboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition for leavers.
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with a minimum of two years recent experience working in a fast-paced HR team, ideally within a professional services environment. CIPD Associate Level 3 qualification or working towards this accreditation is desirable.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional skills in areas such as hands-on work, prioritisation, team collaboration, work planning, time management, communication, and presentation.
