We are seeking a highly skilled Part Time Payroll Administrator to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As a Part Time Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for processing payroll on a weekly and monthly basis, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process payroll on a weekly and monthly basis, adhering to strict deadlines and regulations.
  • Prepare and submit RTI returns, pension administration, and uploads in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Utilize manual calculations, holiday pay, SSP, and SMP experience to ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Provide bookkeeping support and assistance as needed, maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Respond to client queries and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in payroll systems and Excel.
  • Strong bookkeeping knowledge and manual calculation skills.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of £30,000-£35,000 FTE, working 3 days a week in a dynamic office environment.
