Job Title: Delivery Coordinator

At Focus Group, we're seeking a highly skilled Delivery Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our connectivity hub, you'll play a vital role in provisioning a range of services, including Ethernet, WLR, Number Management & Porting, SIP, and Broadband Provisioning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver data services, WLR, SIP, MyInbound, Fax2Email, Geographical and Non-geographical Number Porting, International and Conference number provisioning services, ensuring timely completion and adherence to our set processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers, ensuring smooth implementation and resolution of any issues that may arise.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with ad-hoc cover of colleague's work during periods of absence, ensuring continuity and minimal disruption to our services.
  • Update the Provisioning Manager on any provisioning orders being escalated or potential issues, ensuring prompt attention and resolution.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our quality system and processes, promoting best practice and continuous service improvement within the team.
Requirements:
  • A bright, positive, and hardworking team player with a logical approach and excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Experience in installing WLR, Data Services, SIP, Number Porting, Fax2Email, and MyInbound, with a strong understanding of our suppliers and their escalation processes.
  • Able to follow process and procedures, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel, with the ability to maintain accurate and clear customer and task information.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks or projects of varying complexity, with a focus on delivering results and meeting expectations.
