Job Title: Delivery Coordinator Professional

We are currently seeking a skilled Delivery Coordinator Professional to join our team at Focus Group. This role is a key position within the connectivity hub, reporting directly to the Regional Connectivity Hub Team Lead.

The successful candidate will be responsible for provisioning a variety of services, including Ethernet, WLR, Number Management & Porting, SIP, and Broadband Provisioning. This involves ordering and handover in line with our established processes, ensuring seamless delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provision data services, WLR, SIP, MyInbound, Fax2Email, Geographical and Non-geographical Number Porting, International and Conference number provisioning services.
  • Manage the relationship between suppliers and customers, ensuring smooth implementation.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the Provisioning Manager to escalate and resolve provisioning orders and potential issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of provisioning activities.
  • Assist with ad-hoc cover of colleague's work during periods of absence.

Requirements

  • Bright, positive, and hardworking team player.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience with provisioning services, particularly WLR, Data Services, SIP, Number Porting, Fax2Email, MyInbound.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
