About the Position
In the role of Cybersecurity Operations Specialist at Zellis, you will join our dedicated Security team, entrusted with safeguarding our technological infrastructure, operational processes, and personnel. Your expertise in cyber defense will be pivotal in shielding the organization, its systems, sensitive information, and individuals from potential threats and unauthorized access.
Your responsibilities will encompass Security Evaluation, thorough analysis, and providing strategic recommendations on risk mitigation to a diverse array of stakeholders, both within the organization and externally, including partners and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with Security partners to enhance our Managed Security Operations Centre Services.
- Offering technical insights during Security engagements with both internal teams and external clients.
- Assisting in the investigation processes, including forensic analysis and response actions, addressing Information Security Incidents, events, and challenges in alignment with established protocols and standards.
- Detecting cyber threats and vulnerabilities, ensuring that identified issues are managed effectively and resolved within agreed timelines.
As a Cybersecurity Operations Specialist, you will engage directly with security tools, overseeing their configuration, monitoring, and assessment. Your role will also involve providing operational support to technical teams tasked with establishing and maintaining secure systems, aimed at preventing and responding to security breaches.
