Job Title: Head of Cybersecurity Operations

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Cybersecurity Operations to join our team at Aviva. As a key member of our security operations team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering cyber system roadmaps to ensure the continuous increase of protection levels and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple teams to protect Aviva systems, data, colleagues, and customers from cyber-attacks and prevent data loss.
  • Develop and deliver cyber system roadmaps to ensure the continuous increase of protection levels and quality.
  • Build positive relationships, maintain consistent communication, and report to senior stakeholders to effectively convey the details of thwarted attacks and associated risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats and trends, and implement effective countermeasures to protect Aviva's assets.

What We Offer:

  • Salary between £100,000 - £130,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
  • Bonus opportunity - 25% of annual salary (actual amount depends on performance and Aviva's).
