Head of Cybersecurity and Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Cybersecurity and Operations to join our team at Aviva. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering cyber security strategies to protect our systems, data, and customers from cyber threats.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our cybersecurity and operations team, working closely with our stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective cybersecurity measures, ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective cybersecurity strategies to protect Aviva's systems, data, and customers from cyber threats.
  • Lead and manage the cybersecurity and operations team, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring the security and integrity of Aviva's systems and data.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and best practices, ensuring Aviva remains at the forefront of cybersecurity.
