Job Title: Leisure Centre Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leisure Centre Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional customer service to our customers. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing leisure centre operations, developing and implementing business plans, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the leisure centre, including staff supervision, customer service, and facility maintenance.
  • Develop and implement business plans to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, staff, and local community groups.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including customer satisfaction, revenue, and staff performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leisure centre management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and implement business plans, with a focus on increasing revenue and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and report on key performance indicators.
  • Ability to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and policies.
