We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team at Urgo Medical UK & Ireland. As a key member of our matrix team, you will play a critical role in implementing national market access strategies across the relevant region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement national market access strategies at a regional level to drive formulary inclusion and generate/open market access.
- Establish and implement pathways of care and market tools to support Urgo Medical's advanced wound care and compression range.
- Analyse and interpret data to present meaningful insights and inform business decisions.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the NHS, including key policy drivers and organisational structure, particularly within the Integrated Care Systems (ICS).
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and market access strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders across the NHS and other healthcare organisations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the needs of the business.
