The Role

As a Senior Service Consultant within the Conveyancing Service team, you will be instrumental in executing our introducer agreements and service protocols on the accounts, under the guidance of a Team Manager.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Verifying, registering, and dispatching instructions
  • Guiding clients through the welcome pack process
  • Addressing inquiries from customers and intermediaries
  • Following up on updates from solicitors
  • Maintaining the Landmark portal with updates and milestones
  • Cultivating relationships with Estate Agents, Brokers, and Solicitors as the intermediary on conveyancing matters
  • Managing inbound calls for your team

Candidate Profile

You should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in estate agency or customer-facing brokerage roles, demonstrating exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) and the capability to assist customers in clarifying their needs while explaining complex processes.

Additionally, you will have:

  • A Level or equivalent qualifications.
  • Familiarity or knowledge of the conveyancing or mortgage processes would be a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in IT, particularly with the MS Office suite and CRM systems.
