Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Amplifon. As a Sales and Customer Service Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and sales performance in our high street branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the diary to ensure a perfect mix of sales and service appointments for new and existing customers.
- Regularly review the clinic customer database to identify appointment opportunities and increase clinic performance with minimal supervision.
- Personalize welcome calls for new and existing customers to maximize attendance and drive revenue.
- Play an active role in generating revenue by scheduling appointments with customers and prospects in the shortest lead time possible.
- Manage relationships with existing and potential customers to offer appropriate promotions, appointments, and hearing solutions.
- Manage the look and feel of the store in line with Amplifon guidelines and standards.
- Manage stock levels in the shop to ensure the right amount of products are available.
Requirements
- Total customer devotion and a real people champion to ensure the clinic is successful and customer needs are met.
- Computer literate with basic knowledge of Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and previous experience with internal databases or appointment booking systems.
- Sales skills with the ability to support audiologists in achieving sales targets.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to be flexible, agile, and react positively to change.
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with other team members and departments.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision and take ownership to solve problems.
- Understanding of and commitment to the Amplifon vision and values.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan and prioritize your own workload.
