We are a leading UK & European manufacturer of specialist cooling and heating solutions.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Manager to join our UK team.

The Role:
  1. To develop and increase sales of our products and solutions in the UK and Irish markets.
  2. Collaborate with our customer base effectively to ensure maximum profitable sales.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. National management of key accounts.
  2. Creating an account strategy based on deep customer insights and in-depth market segment knowledge.
  3. Driving, coordinating, and monitoring execution of the account plan to achieve set objectives.
  4. Establishing and maintaining personal relationships with relevant representatives of key accounts.
  5. Developing and building relationships within the network surrounding these accounts.
  6. Taking the lead in the acquisition of new accounts.
  7. Direct accountability for sales, margin, and customer satisfaction.
  8. Working in harmony with sales managers throughout the UK to achieve maximum output.
  9. Working with operations teams to ensure appropriate inventory control.
  10. A demonstrated ability to identify and exploit national account business opportunities with major corporate customers is desirable.
  11. The individual selected should possess excellent overall business skills, including written and verbal communication, planning, presentation, and organisational abilities.
  12. Financial and mathematical acumen is required.
  13. The individual will have personal qualities of honesty and integrity, and an interest in people development.
  14. A willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally in Europe is required.
