Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Manager to join our team on a fixed-term basis for 6 months (with potential to extend). The successful candidate will be responsible for the application process to all appropriate health and social care frameworks and tenders with Local Authority and Integrated Care Boards.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to our market intelligence on current and future opportunities.
- Develop and submit high-quality bids that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
- Work closely with our care teams to understand their needs and develop bids that reflect their expertise and experience.
- Manage the bid process from start to finish, including research, writing, and submission.
- Collaborate with our business development team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
Requirements
- High standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience with bid writing within the social care sector.
- Organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask within a demanding environment.
- Good interpersonal skills, confident and professional telephone manner.
