We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Analysis Manager to join our team at Harrison Scott Associates, a leading marketing services company in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead bid writing and manage bid teams to gather responses, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive bid library, ensuring content is current, compelling, and easily accessible.
- Provide regular reports on bid activity levels and results to the Sales & Marketing and Connect RTMs teams.
- Utilize MS Office, particularly Word, with proficiency in InDesign being a desirable asset.
- Effectively manage multiple bids simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines and ensuring seamless execution.
- Display flexibility in workload management, adapting to peaks and troughs in the bid pipeline and providing support in other areas as needed.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Proven experience in bid management, with a track record of delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
