Bid Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bid Analysis Manager to join our team at Pick Everard. As a leading national property and construction consultancy, we are committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients across various sectors, including healthcare, education, commercial, residential, defence, and heritage.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to take on a key role in our bids team, working closely with our internal specialists to drive the content and strategy of our bids. As a Bid Analysis Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our bids, ensuring that they are well-planned, executed, and delivered to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement bid strategies to drive business growth and success
- Manage the bid process from start to finish, ensuring timely and effective delivery
- Collaborate with internal specialists to develop high-quality bid content
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform bid strategies
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with bids

Requirements- APMP Foundation qualification
- Experience in bid writing and/or bid management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
