About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with voice and/or swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and manage patients with voice and/or swallowing disorders
  • Provide person-centred care to patients with complex needs
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Provide training and education to healthcare professionals on speech and language therapy techniques
  • Contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and policies
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements
  • Degree/graduate diploma or equivalent in Speech and Language Therapy
  • Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration as a speech and language therapist
  • Certificated graduate courses or equivalent in-house training in clinical specialty areas
  • Membership of special interest group
