Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of project managers to deliver defence infrastructure projects
  • Develop and implement project plans, including risk management and quality assurance processes
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop effective solutions
  • Manage and maintain governance structures, including stakeholder management and communications plans
  • Develop and implement project tools, including programmes, risk registers, and quality assurance plans
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven experience in managing defence infrastructure projects, with a strong track record of delivering successful outcomes
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Project, Excel, and Word
