About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Defence Infrastructure team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering successful outcomes and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver defence infrastructure projects
  • Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with NEC 3/4 contracts
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing variances
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder management and communications plans
  • Establish and manage governance structures, including quality assurance processes and standards
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Experience working on defence infrastructure projects, preferably with NEC 3/4 accreditation
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with senior client representatives
  • Proven ability to deliver projects to tight deadlines, with a collaborative approach and a focus on quality
  • Good practical application of Microsoft software, including Project, Excel, and Word
