The Infrastructure Services Division
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Surveyor to join our Infrastructure Services division, where you will play a key role in delivering projects that build a more sustainable and long-lasting infrastructure for the UK.
As a Senior Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing infrastructure projects from a local to national scale, providing land consultancy advice to clients, and advising on all aspects of their interactions with landowners.
You will also be involved in land referencing, preparation and service of statutory notices, negotiation of compensation, and acquisitions of rights to facilitate projects.
Our team prides itself on understanding our clients' specific requirements and industry developments, and we are committed to maintaining and developing our professional team and systems to assist in high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage infrastructure projects from a local to national scale
- Provide land consultancy advice to clients
- Advise on all aspects of client interactions with landowners
- Involve in land referencing, preparation and service of statutory notices, negotiation of compensation, and acquisitions of rights
Requirements
- MRICS or AssocRICS qualifications (preferably)
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent IT skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the confidence to communicate and negotiate effectively at all levels
