Fisher German is seeking a highly skilled Senior Surveyor (Infrastructure) to join our team in Bury St Edmunds. As a key member of our Infrastructure Services division, you will play a crucial role in delivering projects that build a more sustainable and long-lasting infrastructure for the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage infrastructure projects from local to national scale
  • Provide land consultancy advice to clients on various work types, including maintenance of existing apparatus and installation of new equipment
  • Advise clients on interactions with landowners, providing professional support
  • Liaise with landowners and deal with public enquiries
  • Support wider projects across the business
  • Report directly to clients on project progression
  • Support the training and mentoring of graduates in the team

Requirements:

  • MRICS or AssocRICS qualifications (preferably)
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the confidence to communicate and negotiate effectively at all levels
  • The ability to self-manage to meet deadlines
  • Experience in building strong, lasting relationships, networking, and promoting the business
  • Excellent people skills with the ability to influence decisions
